BEARING AND HOUSING

What is a bearing?

A bearing is a device that allows rotational movement between two objects. They are usually found in machines where two elements rotate relative to each other along a defined axis of rotation. There are many types of bearings, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Among the most common types are ball bearings, roller bearings and thrust bearings (ball, needle, roller).

Bearings are used in a wide range of machines that require rotation or motion control, including industrial machinery, means of locomotion (cars, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, rollerblades, scooters, etc.), construction equipment. They are also found in many household appliances and other devices.
