What is a GEEM spherical plain bearing?

A GEEM spherical plain bearing is a grooved radial plain bearing with a wide inner ring. Spherical plain bearings with the suffix "2RS" are sealed. These spherical plain bearings have equivalent characteristics to "GE" type spherical plain bearings. However, they are distinguished by the presence of special cylindrical extensions on the inner ring. These extensions enable assembly without requiring the addition of spacers between the shoulders. These spherical plain bearings require lubrication.

GEEM spherical plain bearings are generally made of steel and can withstand temperatures ranging from -60 to +130°C. The internal diameter size range extends from 17 to 80 mm.
